If you are new to Pilates, Yoga or exercise let me know, I love beginners and will work to get you feeling comfortable and safe with the movements. All classes are taught in a way that is mindful of those with low bone density and importantly you will always be encouraged to listen to the needs of your own body and energy level and make choices that are right for you. Questions are encouraged if you wish for clarification.

This article will give you a good understanding of yoga nidra.
These classes are appropriate for all levels.
Props are handy for this class. Yoga Blankets or bath towels, bolsters or firm pillows, yoga blocks or dictionaries, and a strap, or scarf.
A strap or a scarf and a towel may come in handy for this class.
Thursday All Levels Arc 7-7:50am (PST)
This class explores all the movement potential offered by the Pilates Arc. We will mix traditional Pilates Arc and Barrel repertoire with standing work, using the step alone and get into to some fun balance and core strengthen work on the rocker side of the arc.
You will need your own arc to participate in class. I know the quality of the Pilates Arc made by Balanced Body. I do not know the quality of the other arcs on the market. Here is a link to purchase the Balanced Body Arc if you need.

Since we do use the Rocker side of the Arc a tradition Clara Barrel or other arcs that do not have a removable step and an uneven slope will not work.
Mondays 6-7pm (PST)
An hour of rolling out, stretching and a tiny bit of abdominal strengthening utilizing the foam roller and restorative shapes.
Please have a foam roller and a few towels or yoga blankets and a strap and any other props you might have around.
