This is an 11 minute variable intensity cardio workout. There are some strengthening moves for your lower body, upper body and core included. This version has a hodge podge soundtrack and instructions and variations of moves. You’ll need a chair, something for under your head and a set of light weights. In this 20 minute workout you’ll get a taste of my essential moves to strengthen your abs, keep your back happy and open the shoulders a bit.
