Workouts, Stretch, Mindful Movement 10 Minutes or less

15 Minute No Equipment Full Body Workout - Intermediate level

This is a full body workout with a repetitive sequence (lunge, squats, plank, pushups, plank, downdog) and then some core, stretch and bridge. I lead you through this but don't teach - thus the intermediate level.

Quick Beginner Friendly Arm and Posture Work with a chair and light weights

While this is a beginner friendly workout, everyone can benefit from it. it is a good middle of the workday get that back activated to relieve upper back, neck and shoulder tension. You'll need a stable chair, light weights (1-3 lbs or a set of matching soup cans or water bottles)

11 Minute Cardio Workout

 This is an 11 minute variable intensity cardio workout. There are some strengthening moves for your lower body, upper body and core included. This version has a hodge podge soundtrack and instructions and variations of moves. I'd start with this one and do it a few times and then you can do the one that has just a few instructions and no soundtrack. You can make you own! Click Here to View Video


Longer Workout and Stretch Sessions

20 Minute Essential Abs and a little stretch

You’ll need a chair, something for under your head and a set of light weights. In this 20 minute workout you’ll get a taste of my essential moves to strengthen your abs, keep your back happy and open the shoulders a bit. You can do the whole thing a few times or you can pick out bits and do those! Just go for it!  Click Here to View The Video.

45 Minute Stretch & Strengthen

45 Minute Full Body Workout

60 Minute Roller, Weights and Band - Deep Core & Balance

This is a live stream class I taught and loved. You'll get some upper body work in along with the deep core and glutes and a little stretch. You'll need a full length foam roller.  Click Here to View the Video.

30 Minute Roller Abs

For this video you will need a roller and band. This is a great 30 Minute dive into  your abs in a few different ways. I hope this workout will leave you feeling stronger, more stable and supported. You can do this video as a class or use it to get familiar with the moves so you can use them on your own.  This video goes over:  Foot Roll Out, with a Roller, Standing Roller Chest Stretch, Nerve Floss, W Arms,  Glute Roll out, Hamstring and Calf Roll Out, Hip and Quad Stretch on the Roller,  Toe Tap Ab work,  Flat Back Chair Stretch and  Squats.

 This is a 40ish minute breathe, rest and stretch session with a short Yoga Nidra at the end. You can do the whole thing or you can break it into sections. If you just want breath and stretch you’ll just need your chair. If you want to do the restful part too, you’ll need a full length foam roller.  Click here to view the video
