The Video Library is available online under contracts tab on the Web Scheduler or via an email to me 

It will be updated regularly with full length classes made just for the library, and a select few recordings of live stream classes. There will also be:

• Shorter sessions of all varieties
• Restorative & Yoga Nidra
•  Pilates Equipment classes - Chair, Arc, Reformer, Springboard and MOTR as well as roller, band, Pilates circle, small ball and stability ball sessions.
